Are these tiles damaged or lower quality?

No. These are genuine Spectra porcelain designs selected for clearance because of current stock levels. They are not advertised as damaged or factory seconds.

How long will the clearance prices last?

The reductions apply only while the selected stock remains available. Designs may be removed without notice once quantities become low or sell out.

Can I order a sample before purchasing?

Yes. We strongly recommend checking the colour, veining and finish in your own lighting before ordering the full quantity.

How will my tiles be delivered?

Tile orders are delivered using a kerbside pallet service. Delivery is free on qualifying orders over £449; otherwise the standard pallet delivery charge is £59.
