Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about tiles, samples, quantities, Palletline delivery, returns and trade supply.
What size tiles do you supply?
We specialise in premium 600 × 1200 mm porcelain tiles suitable for floors and walls.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Contact our team with the designs you are considering and we will explain the available sample options.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. UK kerbside pallet delivery costs £59 and is free when your order total exceeds £449. Most tile orders are delivered through the Palletline network, subject to suitable vehicle access at the delivery address.
Can builders and developers open trade accounts?
Yes. We support showrooms, builders, contractors and developers with project pricing and personal service.
How do I calculate how many tiles I need?
Measure the tiled area in square metres and allow extra for cuts and wastage. Our team can help check your quantity before ordering.
Can I use these tiles with underfloor heating?
Porcelain is commonly used with compatible underfloor-heating systems. Your installer should confirm the correct preparation, adhesive and installation method.
What does kerbside pallet delivery mean?
The driver will unload your pallet at the nearest safe and accessible point at the kerbside. Drivers cannot carry boxes into your home, garage or garden, move pallets over unsuitable ground, climb steps, unpack goods or remove the pallet and wrapping.
What access is required for pallet delivery?
The address must be accessible to a large goods vehicle and the unloading point needs firm, level ground suitable for a pallet truck. Tell us before ordering about narrow roads, low bridges, weight restrictions, controlled access, gravel, slopes or parking restrictions.
What happens if tiles arrive damaged?
Inspect the pallet on arrival, note visible damage with the driver where possible and take clear photographs before removing the packaging. Contact us promptly with your order number, photographs of the pallet, labels, packaging and affected tiles. Keep all goods and packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
Can I return an online tile order?
Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving an online order to tell us they wish to cancel, then a further 14 days to return eligible goods. Contact us before arranging a return. Goods must be unused, uninstalled, securely packaged and suitable for resale. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Who pays for return delivery?
For a change-of-mind return, the customer is normally responsible for arranging and paying for safe, insured return transport. If goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us so we can assess the appropriate solution.
What should I check before installation?
Check the product, quantity, size, finish, shade, calibre and condition before installation. Dry-lay tiles from several boxes to assess the overall variation. Stop and contact us before fitting if anything appears incorrect.
Why do tiles vary in colour and pattern?
Variation is an intentional feature of many stone-, marble- and onyx-effect designs. Images and samples show the overall character but cannot represent every face. Mixing tiles from several boxes creates a balanced installation.
Can you help with a large project or quotation?
Yes. Send us the tile designs, estimated square metres, postcode and required date. We support homeowners, showrooms, builders, contractors and developers with quotations, samples and project delivery.
