How quickly can in-stock tiles be delivered?

Delivery timing depends on the order, destination and pallet network availability. Contact us with your postcode if your project has a fixed deadline.

Can I order a sample before buying?

Yes. We strongly recommend viewing the colour, veining and finish in your own lighting before placing a full order.

How does pallet delivery work?

Tile orders are delivered by kerbside pallet service. Someone must be present and able to move the boxes safely from the delivery point. Suitable vehicle access and a firm, level unloading area are required.
